Located within the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Los Angeles, this project involved the complete demolition of existing retail spaces and the construction of new tenant improvements. The renovation transformed the space to meet updated operational and architectural requirements while maintaining coordination within an active hospitality environment.

The plumbing scope presented several construction challenges, including extremely limited overhead ceiling space and restricted routing options, with only a single wall available for plumbing systems and supporting infrastructure. Careful planning and coordination were required to accommodate piping, utility connections, and wall-mounted elements while maintaining functionality and design intent throughout the project.
