PERLA Starbucks is a new retail space located within PERLA, a luxury mixed-use development. The project serves as a prominent commercial amenity, contributing to the building's modern residential and retail environment.

The plumbing scope involved several unique challenges, including high ceilings within the retail space and extremely limited overhead routing space beneath the store in the parking garage. Careful coordination and efficient system design were essential to delivering a successful installation while meeting the project's architectural and operational requirements.
